These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Easy Way Luxury's transportation services and website. By accessing our services, you agree to the following:
1. RESERVATIONS
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
- A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
- Rates are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, wait time, tolls, and any special requests.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice during holidays or special events.
2. WAIT TIME & NO-SHOWS
- Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
- Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period.
- Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
- Failure to appear without prior notice is considered a no-show and will be billed at 100%.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be charged 50%.
- No-shows incur full charges.
4. VEHICLE RULES
- No smoking or illegal substances permitted in any vehicle.
- Eating and drinking are permitted at the chauffeur’s discretion.
- Excessive cleaning due to spills, illness, or damage may result in fees up to $250.
- Clients are liable for damage caused by their party.
5. CONDUCT & SAFETY
- Passengers must wear seat belts.
- Disrespectful or unsafe behavior toward chauffeurs will result in termination of service.
- Easy Way Luxury reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, or road conditions.
- Easy Way Luxury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- While we aim to provide specific vehicle models, substitutions may occur due to availability.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
- All charges are in U.S. Dollars.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- Gratuity is not included unless specified, suggested tip is 20%.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or extra stops.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor strikes, or pandemics.
9. MODIFICATIONS
Easy Way Luxury may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted online. Continued use implies acceptance.
